At Snapper Candy, we do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. We ship from New Zealand and currently offer delivery within New Zealand and Australia.

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, launches, sales, public holidays, or high order volumes, dispatch may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we get your gear packed properly.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer shipping throughout New Zealand.

Standard New Zealand Shipping: $8.99 NZD
Rural New Zealand Shipping: $10.99 NZD
Free New Zealand Shipping: Available on orders over $69.99 NZD

Delivery timeframes are usually 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take longer.

Australia Shipping

We ship Snapper Candy orders to Australia.

Shipping rates will be shown at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free Australia Shipping: Available on orders over $119 AUD

Australian delivery timeframes are usually 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on customs processing, location, and carrier delays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered and the parcel has already been dispatched, Snapper Candy is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery delays can sometimes happen outside of our control.

If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier where possible.

Snapper Candy is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, unattended delivery locations, or failed delivery attempts.

Australian Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to customs checks, duties, taxes, or import fees depending on Australian regulations.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in more than one parcel. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking details.

Authority to Leave

Some courier services may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please enter them at checkout. Snapper Candy is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
